La Tuscia is an old farmhouse dating back to the 1700’s. It has recently been completely renovated, creating an inviting blend of old “Pietra” and wooden “Travi” combined with modern and luxurious furniture shaping the perfect atmosphere and comfort. The rustic set up of the kitchen with the large cooking island invites for a team effort in creating gastronomic memories and sumptuous Italian meals in al fresco setting. The living room is situated around a wood fired fireplace and the French windows allow access to the terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Airconditioning can be found in each bedroom, kitchen and living room ensuring a comfortable temperature during your stay.

Surrounded by a closed fence and CCTV covering the perimeter of the garden, the house is set-up for total privacy. The main gate gives access to the house, whereas a 2nd gate gives access to the garage area, allowing for easy access and securing your retreat. Both gates are fully automated.

The 8000 m2 garden is home to approximately 250 Olive trees, beautiful Tuscan Cipresses, some fruit trees and a wealth of flowers creating a bouquet of different fragrances attracting many different species of bees, butterflies e.o. Part of the garden is our vegetable garden, installed in old wine bariques offering tasty tomatoes, perfect peppers, salads, and many other to choose from. They are there for you to use and enjoy growing your own crops. Interesting, educational, sure, but most of all yummmmy.

A romantic Hot tub is set at the bottom of a flower garden, allowing for relaxed and wonderous star viewing during the colder night sky (summer is too high forest fire risk)

No effort or expense was spared to make this house a luxurious place to stay.We stayed here during the holiday season, which is also a wonderful time to visit this house. With lovely burning fireplaces in most of the rooms and outside on the terraces.For culinary enthusiasts, there is a professional kitchen, a pizza oven, vegetable gardens, and even a mobile BBQ. We made great use of the spa and the jacuzzi located outside in the olive grove. The staff is very helpful and made our stay exceptionally pleasant.It’s a shame we can only give 5 stars!

From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. We were warmly greeted by two very kind hosts who did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Their hospitality immediately gave us a sense of coming home.The property is set in a stunning location, surrounded by rolling hills and beautiful vineyards – truly picture-perfect. We also received excellent recommendations for local restaurants, where we enjoyed some fantastic meals. Everything was just right: the atmosphere, the peace, the nature, and the people.A place to remember and definitely one we’d love to return to!

Besides the beautiful surroundings in which the house is located, it is also very close to Siena and Florence. Thanks to Rolando and Danielle for the good care. We had a wonderful stay at La Tuscia. The property was even better than described and the photos and was in immaculate condition. It is clear that great thought and attention has been put into renovating and furnishing this historical villa. What made our stay even more special was the level of service provided by Ellen and her team - Daniella and Rolando. We were very warmly greeted by Daniella and Rolando on arrival and they both looked after us very well throughout our entire stay. We had a young child and Ellen made sure that we had everything we needed even down to baby dish soap and a bottle sanitizer! We immediately felt right at home and would love to return.

In november 2022, I was asked by the La Tuscia family to help bottle their annual batch of Della Tuscia olive oil. It was an absolute pleasure! The surroundings are gorgeous and on one night we were even blessed with this amazing bright orange/pink sky. The La Tuscia Villa garden was still partly under construction, but Ellen and Rolando made sure we were provided with an amazing experience at the Villa.One of the (many) highlights was that they fired up the pizza oven, to cook a ‘thank you lunch’ us and the construction workers. That really showed that the La Tuscia family takes care of their guests and their workers like no other ❤️

Hi, we were lucky enough to stay at LA Tuscia in autumn...it was perfect in so many ways. The weather, the company and the ease of which you could get to a great restaurant / town.The accommodation is the perfect place to relax. The pool was being finished while we were there, I know it's now finished and looks first class. The views are something you can only think was a painting but are legit. The kitchen is huge and has everything you'd need. The rooms are all so comfy and warm.There are so many added extras, sauna, pizza oven from the original bakery, huge pool, fantastic places to walk, crazy views, wagons converted into accommodation, great golf 40 minutes away and only 2 hours from Rome.I could go on but I'd highly recommend a visit.
