La Tuscia is an old farmhouse dating back to the 1700’s. It has recently been completely renovated, creating an inviting blend of old “Pietra” and wooden “Travi” combined with modern and luxurious furniture shaping the perfect atmosphere and comfort. The rustic set up of the kitchen with the large cooking island invites for a team effort in creating gastronomic memories and sumptuous Italian meals in al fresco setting. The living room is situated around a wood fired fireplace and the French windows allow access to the terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Airconditioning can be found in each bedroom, kitchen and living room ensuring a comfortable temperature during your stay.

Surrounded by a closed fence and CCTV covering the perimeter of the garden, the house is set-up for total privacy. The main gate gives access to the house, whereas a 2nd gate gives access to the garage area, allowing for easy access and securing your retreat. Both gates are fully automated.

The 8000 m2 garden is home to approximately 250 Olive trees, beautiful Tuscan Cipresses, some fruit trees and a wealth of flowers creating a bouquet of different fragrances attracting many different species of bees, butterflies e.o. Part of the garden is our vegetable garden, installed in old wine bariques offering tasty tomatoes, perfect peppers, salads, and many other to choose from. They are there for you to use and enjoy growing your own crops. Interesting, educational, sure, but most of all yummmmy.

A romantic Hot tub is set at the bottom of a flower garden, allowing for relaxed and wonderous star viewing during the colder night sky (summer is too high forest fire risk)

We were recently invited to taste our Chardonnay and Merlot as they rest and ripen in their barriques 🍇🍷

The Chardonnay was magnificent — fresh, fruity, and beautifully expressive. The Merlot is still taking its time, but it already promises something truly special.

A heartfelt thank you to our agronomi and enologi — Franco Gabbrielli, Giacomo Sensi, Valentino Ciarla, Giudita, and Autoctona — for guiding every step of this journey. Without their knowledge, dedication, and expertise, none of this would be possible.

We look forward to bottling the Chardonnay this coming summer, and we’ll be counting down the next two years until we meet the Merlot again. Cin cin! 🍷
